We never admit that we need help ourselves. We are always too willing to help everyone else and we give so much of ourselves that we have nothing left for ourselves in our time of need. We are also always giving to those who are willing to just keep taking and instead of saying enough is enough we keep trying to love and care by continuously giving to the selfish, greedy, needy and insecure thinking this will fulfill us spiritually or fill our own emptiness but it won’t. Admit your own needs, wants and desires first and always ask for help when you are in doubt, indecisive or insecure. Keep people in your life that share the same sentiment or moral or loyal grounding as you and stop giving to the emotion, spiritual, mental and physical vampires. Find those who are willing to give as much of their time to you as you are to them and don’t waste your energy on someone that does not revitalize or re-energize you or appreciate your presence. Love yourself enough to let the ‘life suckers’ go as you are not a superhero, you are human with good intentions and a life purpose to pursue. ~ Mel Mac
