We always have a choice. This determines how our minutes of each day turn out and how good we are at making the right choices, Why blame others? ~ John Hill
I am in the process of cutting all toxic influences out of my life. It is painful but necessary, like removing a gangrenous limb to save your life. It hurts for a while, but then you adapt. Quit my job with a toxic boss who stressed me out so much that I barely slept for over 3 years. Planning to distance myself from relatives you only call me when they need a favour and the rest of the time don’t remember I’m alive, never thank me when I put myself out to help them, but complain that I should do more!! Keep strong and don’t let anyone distract you from your goal. ~ Yvonne Jones
